Semitt was the name of a mountainous area west of Salamand and south of the Snow Plains where the mighty Semitt Falls were found. A small river ran through the region connecting the Falls to the Sea and terminating in a large lake to the south. An ancient Mythril mine was built in the mountains looking over the majestic Falls, taken over by the evil Palamecian Empire some time before the invasion of Fynn.

GAME INFO
Semitt is accessible from the east by Salamand, and from the northwest by the Sea.

NAME ORIGIN
Semitt may derive from the word Semite, used to describe various ancient and modern peoples originating in southwestern Asia, including the Akkadians, Canaanites, Phoenicians, Hebrews and Arabs. The word is most often used to describe the Jewish people. They are said to be descendants of Shem, the eldest son of Noah. The name Shem means "renown, prosperity, name" in Hebrew.
