The Faeries were a race of small, winged sprites from the village of Feyhome. Although usually helpful, there were a few Faeries who liked to trick and deceive humans. A secretive people, the Faeries were normally frightened by outsiders and rarely ventured out from their home.
A lone Faerie resided in the small lake in the mountain top town of Gaia. A dastardly pirate kidnapped her and sold her to the Caravan master, Underhill. The Warriors of Light purchased the Faerie's Bottle from Underhill and set her free. In return she gave the heroes some Oxyale drawn from the bottom of the lake, allowing them to journey beneath the seas to reach the Sunken Shrine in Onrac.
