NAME ORIGIN
Dual means something composed or consisting of two separate things. The word comes from the Latin dualis meaning "containing two, relating to a pair". The head is the upper part of the body in humans, joined to the trunk by the neck and containing the brain, eyes, ears, nose and mouth. Head comes from the Old English word heafod, meaning "top of the body".
In Final Fantasy Origins, this enemy was named Deadringers. A dead ringer is a something that very closely resembles another. The word derives from the use of dead meaning "exact or precise" and a ringer being something substituted in order to defraud the competition.
