Captains were high-ranking members of the Palamecian Empire's army. After the invasion of Fynn, these soldiers patrolled the streets, attempting to keep the Wild Rose Rebellion from reclaiming the kingdom. Captains also staffed the crew of the fearsome warship, the Dreadnought. After the evil Emperor Mateus summoned the Cyclone to destroy the towns loyal to the Rebellion, squads of Captains were let loose upon the world.
