NAME ORIGIN
Most likely a creation of Square, akin to "bone snatcher". Bones are the dense, rigid, calcified, connecting tissues forming the skeleton of most vertebrates. The word comes from the Old English word ban. A snatcher is someone who steals, or "snatches". The word comes from the Middle Dutch word snacken.
