NAME ORIGIN
    Bacchus was the name of the Roman god of wine and revelry, also known as Dionysus to the Greeks. The cult of Bacchus was noted for their drunken orgiastic rituals. The name comes from the Greek Bákkhos. Wine is the fermented juice of grapes, used as a beverage, in cooking or in religious rites and usually having an alcoholic content of 14 percent or less. The word comes from the Latin vinum.
